2nd Meeting

We had a productive second meeting last night. Once again, Mark was a generous host for our meeting place.

• Emily baked a fabulous cake for us to eat

• Mark got the espresso machine up and running

• We voted to officially call the club The Pilsen Beekeepers Association

• We planned the next meeting for January 20th

• John Bailey discussed the difference between wax and plastic foundation as well as the different types of frames that can be used.

• Julio asked the simple question about how we got into bees which led to interesting discussion

• Next meeting we will discuss ordering equipment as a group and getting bees for spring
